Everything You Need to Know Before You Admit

When you arrive at Magnolia Belle, you will be welcomed by our admissions team, who will walk with you through each step of check-in, orientation, and a personal tour of your private suite. There is no rush and no pressure. You are not expected to have it all together when you walk through the door.

You will have time to get settled, catch your breath, and connect with your care team when you are ready. Every woman arrives at her own pace and is met exactly where she is.

Your private suite is yours from the moment you arrive. Each suite includes a personal bedroom, private bathroom, living area, and closet. This is your space for the duration of your stay, and it is designed to feel comfortable and personal from day one.

What Daily Life at Magnolia Belle Looks Like

Once you have had time to settle in, life at Magnolia Belle takes on a calm and steady rhythm. Days are thoughtfully structured to help you feel grounded and emotionally supported while giving you the space to simply be present in your own healing.

You will spend time in individual therapy with your primary therapist, connect with other women in group settings, and participate in wellness activities that are part of the daily program. There are also quieter moments built into each day where you can reflect, rest, and reconnect with yourself.

Our approach respects your pace. Whether you are healing long-standing wounds or finding your footing for the first time, the structure around you is designed to support that, not rush it.

What to Bring With You

Pack light and practical. Here is what you will need.

Clothing

Comfortable, casual clothing in soft fabrics. Layers are helpful as room temperatures vary. Keep it relaxed and easy to move in.

Personal Hygiene

Your preferred toiletries including toothpaste, shampoo, body wash, and deodorant. Please note that all toiletries should be alcohol-free.

Documents & Medications

Your government-issued photo ID, your insurance card, and any prescribed medications you are currently taking.

Personal Comfort Items

A few items that help you feel at home. A favorite book, a journal for reflection, or a meaningful personal keepsake are all welcome. Keep this to a small number of items.

Common Questions Before You Arrive

  • How long will my stay be?

Most stays range from 30 to 90 days, though some women may benefit from a shorter or longer duration based on their personal progress and clinical guidance. Your care team will work with you on this throughout your stay.

  • Can I stay in touch with my family during treatment?

Yes. While there may be an initial adjustment period at the start of your stay, family contact is supported through phone calls, visits, and family therapy sessions. Our team will walk you through what that looks like during your first days.

  • What can family members bring when they visit?

Thoughtful items such as letters, books, or personal mementos are welcome. We recommend checking with our admissions team about specific guidelines before a visit so everything goes smoothly.

  • What if I have questions that are not answered here?

Call us. Our admissions team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and there is no question too practical or too small. We would rather you arrive feeling fully prepared.

You Do Not Have to Figure This Out On Your Own

Our admissions coordinators are available to help with paperwork, answer questions, assist with travel arrangements if needed, and make sure you feel as prepared as possible before you arrive.
